Driven by the motto to Create, Care and Conserve, the 3C company has established itself as the leader of Green Revolution in real estate in Delhi NCR. Headed by Vidur Bharadwaj, Surpreet Suri, and Nirmal Singh, the company was felicitated in 2005 by the then President of India Dr. A P J Abdul Kalam for developing the largest Platinum rated LEED Certified building in the world – Wipro Technologies, Gurgaon. Projects of various categories are conceptualised and designed by the Group which includes commercial, IT Parks & SEZs, group housing, residential townships, schools, hotels, etc. Lotus Boulevard, Lotus Panache, Wipro Campus are some of the successfully delivered projects by 3C.'
