Step 1: Go to the official website of the Maharashtra Government.

Step 2: Choose the division, district, Taluk, and village name from the list given on the website. 

Step 3: You can search the extract by entering any of the following details:

  • Survey Number or Group Number of the property

  • First Name of the Owner

  • Ancestral Owner of the property

  • Last Name of the Owner

  • Full Name of the Owner

From May 1 onwards, the owners of the land would be able to print 7/12 land records online with a digital signature that will ensure authenticity.
