When is the online registration for DDA Housing Scheme 2020 begin?

No exact date for the launch of the DDA Housing Scheme 2020  has been announced yet. Applicants can only apply online. An applicant is required to visit DDA's official website (www.dda.org.in).

Who is eligible?

Any Indian citizen, with an age of 18 years and above, can apply for the DDA housing scheme. However, you are not eligible to apply if you are already the owner of any other property or you have already availed the scheme before. 

How can I apply?

Applicants should follow the below-mentioned procedure.

  1. Applicants should register themselves with personal details on the DDA's official website (www.dda.org.in). User ID and password are sent to the candidate via email on registered email id .

  2. After receiving the details, applicants should log in to their user account.

  3. After logging in, candidates can access the form for DDA. They should fill it along with uploading personal photographs and signature.

  4. After filling the form, candidates need to pay the registration fees via any of the online methods.

  5. Download the acknowledgement slip and it should be printed and preserved safely.

How many times can I apply?

A person can only apply once each year.

Do I need an ID proof? 

All you need is a self-attested photocopy of your PAN card and proof of residence. 

NOTE: *All documents must be self-attested.

How can I get a flat in the choice of my locality or floor? 

Choice of locality in new scheme is offered but floor choice or allotment in a particular Sector/pocket would not be permitted because the allotment of the flat is made through computerized draw. Allotment of flats to persons with disability will be made at ground floor under reserve quota to physically disabled category.

How can I check my name on the winner list?

Delhi Development Authority will publish the Draw Results of DDA Housing scheme on DDA’s website (www.dda.org.in) and also shall be displayed on the Notice Board of DDA at 'D' Block, Vikas Sadan, INA, New Delhi-110023. Also the result of the draw will be published in all the leading newspapers next day.

If my name is not on the winner list, when will I get my application money refunded?

If an applicant does not win the lottery, then complete application money shall be refunded to the applicants. Refund of registration amount is made within 15 days to the applicant's bank account after the draw of lots.
