Here are the documents you need if you want to register as a real estate agent under Kerala RERA:
Copy of your PAN card
Your address proof along with your partners or directors (if any)
Your firm or company’s registration certificate (only if you have any)
Address proof of your registered office
Your passport-size photographs along with your partners or directors (if any)
Income Tax Returns (ITRs) of the last three financial years
Kerala RERA: Charges And Fees
A real estate agent has to pay INR 25,000 as registration fees. Other than this, the real estate agents also pay a fee of INR 2,50,000.

You can register yourself as an agent under the Real Estate Regulatory Authority Kerala using the following steps:
Step 1: Visit the official RERA Kerala website: https://rera.kerala.gov.in/.

Step 3: Download Form G
Step 4: Attach all the necessary documents to the RERA Kerala application form
