1. Any property occupied for 10 years will be granted a rebate of 20% while paying the property tax.

2. Properties occupied from 10-20 years will be granted a 32.5% rebate in their property tax.

3. Any property with occupancy of more than 20 years will be granted a rebate of 40% on its property tax.
