Here's some good news for homebuyers. Those who have invested in properties in Noida and Gurugram are soon going to get their properties by March 2019. The developers have been entirely focusing on completing the pending projects and are likely to deliver around 54,000 flats to home buyers in the claimed period. The competition is cut-throat. While there are developers who are struggling to deliver projects on time, others have been putting their best efforts to provide more.
Real estate developers are likely to deliver over 30,000 housing units in the Noida property market in the last quarter of the current financial year (Q4 FY19). The builders have already given possession of more than 57,000 units to buyers so far during this fiscal. The Yamuna Expressway and Noida Expressway areas have maximum ready for possession units to offer for the homebuyers. On the other hand, during the next fiscal, over 94,000 additional units are likely to be delivered in the Noida property market.
Developers are equally ready in the Gurugram property market. They are likely to deliver nearly 24,000 housing units during the quarter ending March. During this fiscal, they have reportedly delivered more than 56,000 units in the market. Almost 12,300 units are concentrated in the micro markets of Dwarka Expressway and Sohna among the total units that are set to be delivered in the March quarter. In the next fiscal, nearly 43,000 units are expected to be offered for possession to home buyers at Gurugram.
