YEIDA city to be the next big thing for the Noida City

YEIDA City is a modern name given to Yamuna City. After the foundation stone laying ceremony by the Prime Minister of India Modi Ji, there is an increased impetus to the realty market of Noida. The real estate developers have started planning launches for the year 2022. Although the COVID-19 has brought a new variation that is creating a spur in every sector, the residential demand in YEIDA City is still high. The Noida International Airport in Jewarhas accelerated the approach of residential units in Noida. 

There is no doubt to state that the YEIDA City is one of the biggest real estate hubs in Delhi NCR. The expressway is said to be running from 165 Kilometres to Agra from Greater Noida via Aligarh. The YEIDA City is a new greenfield project which is under construction on a 25000-hectare land area along with the Yamuna Expressway. Where is YEIDA City located?

The YEIDA City is under development in the south of Greater Noida, to be specific in the Noida Buddha Nagar district. The location of this city is just 45 km from Delhi, 14km from Greater Noida and 110 km from Mathura and Vrindavan, and just 160 km from Agra. 

The Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor is going to pass through Dadri. Because of it, the Yamuna Expressway is going to experience a faster development of special development zones with the establishment of warehousing. The growth based on this project will integrate industrial townships, logistics, transport hubs, and the film city. At the current period, the prices are stable but are likely to rise with future developments. The inquiries and bookings in the real estate sector are on the rise, and potential investors have started to realise the benefits of investing in the YEIDA City properties.

Residential plots have been allotted along the Yamuna Expressway by Yeida. India's biggest film city is under development in the Yeida Phase 1 region of Gautam Buddha Nagar district of Uttar Pradesh of Sector 21. The project is based on 1000 acres of land, out of which 780 acres of industrial land will be used for creating studio sets, and additional 220 acres of land will be held for commercial purposes. If the project gets launched at the given time, the employment rates will increase for scriptwriters, actors, and other technicians based out of the Hindi heartland. The developing project will provide a beautiful landmark for tourists who are visiting Mathura Vrindavan Agra Tourism Circuit. The commercial strip and the Yamuna Expressway will change the look and offer hotels and banquet halls.

YEIDA City connectivity and well-developed infrastructure 

The current project, YEIDA City, lies in and around the Rabupura Village of Secor 21 in the Gautam Buddha Nagar district. The city is 50 km away from Delhi from the DND Expressway, 30 km away from Pari Chowk, and 100 km away from Vrindavan. Plenty of real estate opportunities are coming around because of the increased interest of developers and investors. Already 416 plots are on offer by the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority.
