In order to move forward with the electronic MPIGR registration of properties, users will need to create an account on the MPIGR new registration (IGRS MP) online portal.

  • To begin the MPIGR new registration, go to https://www.mpigr.gov.in/ and select the tab labelled "panjiyan ki prakriya" (Registration Procedure).

  • You can choose between panjiyan prarambh (begin your MPIGR registration process), panjiyan poornata (complete your MPIGR registration application), and drafting a deed from this menu.

  • Click on the first option. Of the three options that appear now, click on the ‘panjiyan avadan aarambh karein’ (start the registration process)  option.

  • When the page loads, choose the type of deed from the drop-down menu labelled "vilekh kshreni." In the drop-down menu, choose the option labelled "achal sampatti se sambandhit" (relating to fixed property). Click the "Vilekh Parakar '' (type of deed) menu item and then pick "Hanstantaran Patra" (transfer deed). The terms "vikray" and "vikray ka samanudesh" (sale) can be found among the nine options available under the "likhat" (deed) heading.

  • The next step under MPIGR requires you to enter the value of the transaction under the "pratiphal" heading. You'll also be asked if you have a property valuation ID and if you want to claim any rebates.

  • A map of Madhya Pradesh can be seen on the next page of the MPIGR portal. Now, pick the city where the property is located on the map.

  • You will now be prompted to enter information such as the district, land type, municipal body, ward, village/colony, property type, and so on.

  • When you've finished entering your information, click the "next" button.

  • All property information is required on the following page. Filling out this form requires you to have certain data at your disposal.
