Steps To Access Goa Land Records Online

Below are the steps to access land records Goa online from the DSLR website.

Step 1: Visit the DSLR website https://dslr.goa.gov.in/ to access land records in Goa online. 

Step 2: Locate and select the land records (RoR) from the top left menu bar. 

Step 3: You will be redirected to a new page where you will find the dropdown menu consisting of options for taluka, village, survey number, and subdivision number. 

Step 4: Select the appropriate option from the dropdown menu of the latter boxes, which will change accordingly. 

Step 5: After entering the information, mention the captcha code and select ‘View Details’. 

The page will show the required Goa land records based on your information.


What Is Form I and XIV Goa?

The village survey department issues Forms I and XIV to list the names of landowners, the area of cultivable and uncultivable land, and other information pertaining to land records.

Step 1: Visit the DSLR portal at https://dslr.goa.gov.in/.

Step 2: Navigate and click on land records (RoR) from the top left corner.

Step 3: You will be redirected to a new page where you must select options for Forms I & XIV. 

Step 4: Mention details like taluka, village, survey number, and subdivision number. Now mention the captcha code and select the view details options. 

Step 5: Now select the "View" option, and your details for Forms I & XIV of Goa land records will be displayed on your screen. 

Step 6: Choose the mode of payment: Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, etc. 

Step 7: The respective office will verify your request and make a digitally signed copy accessible for download after verification. 

Note: It usually takes around two working days for the office to revert as per the guidelines issued by the Right to Citizen Time-Bound Delivery of Public Services Act.

Below are the steps to view partition notices on the Goa Land Records website.  

Step 1: Navigate to the DSLR Goa Land Records website. 

Step 2: Select the ‘Notices (Partition) category. 

Step 3: As per your requirement, opt for the suitable criteria like Form I, XIV, & Form D. 

Step 4: Mention all the required fields. 

Step 5: Select the ‘View Details’ option.
