The Common Service Centers (CSC) Mahaonline portal was launched so that citizens could get services pertaining to an income certificate, caste certificate, residence certificate, birth certificate, death certificate, pension schemes, B2C services, banking and agriculture, without having to visit government offices.

Established in March 2010, CSC Mahaonline is a joint venture between Tata Consultancy Services and the Government of Maharashtra.

The Maharashtra Online Platform (Mahaonline) offers government support for department-related IT services like website development, web application development, SMS and payment gateway services, and mobile app development to more than 25 departments.

The CSCs provide mandatory public services like social welfare schemes, healthcare, education, agriculture, and financial services. Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs) can log in to Maha e Seva Kendra via the "AapleSarkar" and "CSC Services" portals.

The 'Aaplesarkar' mahaonline portal, enables citizens to register and go through the entire process of availing themselves of citizen services. Continue reading this informative blog to gain a better understanding of Mahaonline's services.
