Greater Noida Housing Scheme 2020 Launches Ready-To-Move Homes

Greater Noida Housing Scheme 2020 Launches Ready-To-Move Homes

Three aspects can aptly define the structure of Greater Noida city - Well-planned, Clean, and Peaceful. If Noida as the neighbouring region is popular as an industrial hub, Greater Noida has turned out to be an education hub. As a part of NCR and fast developing city of Uttar Pradesh, Greater Noida boasts of its cultural infrastructure which consists of malls, temples, museum, wildlife sanctuary, and other entertainment zones. Take a trip to the city and explore the promising development.

About the latest housing scheme in Greater Noida

The city's infrastructure so well-developed has enabled many real estate developers to launch and establish housing projects of all sizes. The developers, in turn, have equally received buyers for their excellent living spaces.

For home seekers who are looking for readily available homes in Greater Noida, the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) has recently announced a golden opportunity for them in the form of a housing scheme. Under this scheme, more than 800 ready-to-move-in homes are available for buyers. Launched on January 16, 2020, submission of forms for the scheme began on the same date.

1, 2 and 3 BHK houses are on offer with the prices as ₹ 28.5* Lacs, ₹48.5* Lacs, and ₹ 74.5* lacs respectively. Located in Sector 12, Eta II and Omicron, the residential units vary from 3 storey buildings to high rise towers. The opening date of application forms will be 10th of every month whereas the closing date of application forms will be 30th of every month. The final allotment of flats will be done through the lottery draw with 5th of every month as the tentative date of draw of applications.

To apply for this scheme, visit www.greaternoidaauthority.in and click on Built-up Houses Scheme option, available on the right side of the website. Scroll down and find the Apply Now button where the application form will appear. Select scheme code and fill in personal details such as your permanent address, Aadhaar card details, etc. and at the end pay the registration amount online.

How is Greater Noida as a place to live in?

Earlier, such housing schemes were introduced but lacked a positive response. One such failure of a housing scheme was seen during 2013 as Greater Noida had just begun its infrastructure development. Another one failed in 2018 when the authority auctioned around 1,200 and couldn't grab much attention.

However, the tables have turned and living in Greater Noida now means having access to everything and in abundance. Real estate, metro connectivity and other establishments have stimulated the city's growth.

Located in proximity to Noida and the national capital Delhi, it takes only a few minutes to travel to the former and roughly 30  minutes to reach the latter city. Roads are already in the most excellent condition while metro routes are expanding year after year. Indira Gandhi International Airport and the proposed Jewar Airport are the airports closest to Greater Noida whereas to travel by train, Ghaziabad railway station and New Delhi railway station are located at a near distance.
